Returns & Refunds

At Perfect Pairing UK, each personalised item is carefully created to order. We take pride in producing high-quality keepsakes and gifts and want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Personalised & Custom-Made Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and custom-made products are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation and return rights.

As a result, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for personalised items where:

• You change your mind

• The item is no longer required

• Incorrect personalisation details were provided at the time of ordering

• You are dissatisfied with a design choice that was selected during ordering

Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, dates, names, colours and customisation details before completing their order.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of any damaged packaging where applicable

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement item

• A repair where appropriate

• A full or partial refund

We reserve the right to request the return of faulty items before issuing a replacement or refund.

Non-Personalised Products

Where applicable, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Returned in original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear in your account after processing.
