As many of our products are handmade and personalised, slight variations in colour, positioning, materials, ribbon styles, engraving placement, fonts and finishes may occur.

Product photographs are intended as a guide and may vary slightly from the final product.

3. Personalised Products

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details provided are correct at the time of ordering.

This includes:

• Names

• Initials

• Dates

• Messages

• Colours

• Product options

Perfect Pairing UK cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Orders will be produced exactly as entered during checkout unless clarification is requested.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

As many products are handmade and personalised, production times may vary.

Estimated production times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

During busy periods, including Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day and other seasonal events, production times may be extended.

7. Delivery

We currently use trusted delivery partners including:

Perfect Pairing UK is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal services

• Courier companies

• Adverse weather

• Industrial action

• Customs processes

• Circumstances beyond our control

Ownership of products passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Personalised Products

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and custom-made products are exempt from cancellation and change-of-mind return rights.

As our products are made specifically to your requirements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Custom-made items

• Bespoke orders

unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Personalised Products

Non-personalised products may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy which may include:
